Ortega Klett, a native New Mexican, has worked at the New Mexico Water Resources Research Institute for 25 years, overseeing the information transfer program including the publication of technical reports, conference proceedings, newsletters, and miscellaneous reports. This is great book for water history buffs. There are a few questionable statements that I could challenge but it is a wonderful concise history of NM water history
This is the most concise review of water history in NM. Not as extensive of Dr. Clark book, but is a great overview.
